After an absolutely way too hot summer, fall is finally here in Georgia! This weeks DT assignment for {Paper Patch Crafts} is definitely fitting for our new found weather... Halloween!! I was given Little Yellow Bicycle's Frightful collection and mini album to play with. This mini, while time consuming( not sure I've ever put this much time into a mini album lol) was so much fun! I'm a big fan of Halloween. There's just something about sticking my kids in cool costumes that amuses me :) Since this post is uber photo heavy I'll keep it short... enjoy the pics! :)

So {Paper Patch Crafts} recently sent me Little Yellow Bicycle's Snugglebug Girl line to play with. At first I thought to myself "hmmm bugs?" But after digging in I fell in love with these little cuties! Most of the line is focused on babies, but since I'm past scrapping baby photos I had to get a little creative. Here's a wall hanging for L's room and Birthday card for the next little girl in our lives who has one lol.

So I've broken a record for myself here.. I haven't blogged in 5 months.. YIKES!! I've had alot of "life" going on and not a whole lot of crafty happening so there hasn't been much to share.... BUT, I have recently broken back into the paper and glue and it feel great!

My sweet friend Anne asked me if I would design for her awesome store {Paper Patch Crafts} How could I resist??!! The store is loaded with lots of yummy Prima, really cool Kaiser products and even some Little Yellow Bicycle. Here are a few things I've made so far..





And believe it or not I have more to share! But I'm way too tired and lazy tonight so it will have to wait till another time.

In other news, I got a gig teaching at my LSS!! I'm so excited and have my first class tomorrow night. Wish me luck that I don't say something stupid or break a tool..lol

better late than never..

Let's just say the last month and a half was way more hectic than I would have preferred. I only have a few minutes but I wanted to at least share the advent calendar I had made before the holiday season is officially over.

This was one of those projects that was fun, but made me wanted to smack my head against the wall at the same time. We didn't have alot of money this year so I decided to build this from carboard boxes. If you look at this and decide you want to try to make one for yourself next year.. don't. lol Save your pennies and buy a premade that you can decorate. You'll save yourself lots of time,papercuts and some not so nice words. Anyway, here it is :)
